JOB DESCRIPTION


What you’ll do

  • Take ownership of the Endless Inclusion hub and onboarding process, a place to collaborate, share case studies and measure progress 
  • Manage and liaise with suppliers building strong relationships to drive shared goals towards inclusion
  • Champion diversity, equity and inclusion with our suppliers and partners across our supply chain
  • Work closely with our supplier engagement team to provide interesting and engaging communications to our suppliers and colleagues 
  • Provide key support to the Inclusive Partnerships Lead in the delivery of our strategy 
  • Liaise with internal networks to support the development of our inclusion and diversity plan
  • Organise supplier events and activities throughout the year including National Inclusion Week 
  • Gather and interpret data and insights from across the business to inform meaningful change 

     

This role would suit people who have 

  • A passion for diversity, equity and inclusion
  • Experience in engaging and building relationships with internal and external partners with the ability to communicate in a clear and compelling way 
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills with a proactive approach 
  • Good data analytical ability with strong Microsoft Excel skills 
  • Good Microsoft PowerPoint skills with the ability to create engaging content for the endless inclusion hub
