Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead project management initiatives from conception through to execution.
* Conduct financial modelling and analysis to evaluate investment viability.
* Oversee budgeting and performance monitoring for projects.
* Collaborate closely with partner SMEs to enhance operational outcomes.
* Provide recommendations regarding the disposal, acquisition, merger, and investment of assets for the organization and its clients.
* Perform quarterly audits to ensure operational compliance.
* Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
* Spearhead new business budget planning and negotiations for strategic partnerships.
* Review operational programs and business unit strategies, participating in offsite review meetings.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
* Bachelor's degree; MBA or master's degree in finance, Engineering, International Relations, or a related field preferred.
* Certification in Project Management, Business Management, or a related field.
* At least 3-5 years of managerial experience.
