JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential clients to promote insurance products and financial solutions.
• Conduct needs analysis and provide personalized insurance and investment recommendations.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent service.
• Explain policy details, coverage options, and financial benefits to clients in a clear and professional manner.
• Meet sales targets and business development goals as set by the company.
Qualifications
- Financial Planning and Retirement Planning skills
- Insurance and Investments knowledge
- Experience in Finance consultations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Previous experience in selling financial products is a plus
- Minimum SHS background
- Ability to sell and interact with many people
- Honesty must be a key attribute
- Prospective applicant must be smart and neat
