Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Campaign Management:

  1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  2. Plan, manage, and optimize online advertising campaigns, including PPC, social media, and display ads.
  3. Monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI and engagement.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Content Marketing:

  1. Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search rankings.
  2. Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
  3. Create and manage engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media.

Social Media Management:

  1. Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  2. Engage with audiences, respond to inquiries, and manage brand reputation online.
  3. Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Email & CRM Marketing:

  1. Design and execute email marketing campaigns for customer engagement and retention.
  2. Segment audiences and personalize content to improve open rates and conversions.
  3. Track and report email marketing performance.

Analytics & Performance Tracking:

  1. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Facebook Insights.
  2. Generate reports and insights to measure campaign success and optimize future strategies.
  3. Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and website conversions.

Collaboration & Innovation:

  1. Work closely with the design, content, and sales teams to create impactful marketing materials.
  2. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
  3. Identify new opportunities for growth and improvement in digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a specialist or similar role.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or HubSpot are a plus.

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
  • Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns effectively.
