JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Key Responsibilities:

•  Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, search engines, and websites.
•  Develop engaging content (text, images, and videos) tailored to our target audience to boost brand awareness and engagement.
•  Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
•  Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and other platforms to drive results within budget.
•  Use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other platforms to monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
•  Manage and grow our social media presence by engaging with followers and monitoring trends.
•  Design and implement effective email campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
•  Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor activities to ensure our strategies remain competitive.
•  Work closely with the sales, design, and content teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media platforms, and email marketing.
• Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work both independently and as part of a team.
