Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads. You will create compelling content, manage multi-channel campaigns, and optimize digital performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing and social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content for LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Design visually appealing graphics and promotional materials using Canva, Photoshop, or other tools.
  • Implement and manage social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, optimizing campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, digital marketing tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to align digital efforts with talent acquisition initiatives.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
  •  Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and Google Analytics.
  •  Ability to design graphics and edit short videos for social media.
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  •  Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve performance.
  •  Creative thinker who understands how to engage online audiences.
  •  Experience with email marketing tools and automation (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.



2. Website Lead (90% remote)
Duties:
Develop, enhance, and maintain the company's website.
Implement secure and efficient payment processing systems for online transactions.
Ensure website functionality, security, and performance optimization.
Oversee the integration of third-party APIs, plugins, and payment gateways such as PayPal, Stripe, and local banking solutions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong expertise in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Magento.
Hands-on experience with secure payment gateway integration (e.g., GooglePay, PayPal, Flutterwave, Paystack).
Strong understanding of cybersecurity measures for protecting online transactions.
Knowledge of digital marketing a plus.
