Key Responsibilities:
· Install and set up desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and their associated peripherals and software.
· Provide break-fix support, desk-side assistance, data migrations, refreshes, and system health checks.
· Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for Dell and/or HP laptops.
· Carry out onsite updates, configuration changes, or software installations.
· Deliver onsite and remote technical support to end users by visiting their workstations.
· Identify potential issues that could negatively impact the end-user experience and take necessary actions to prevent them.
· Manage the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and closure of tickets in line with service level agreements. Respond to end-user requests for updates on ticket status and follow up as needed.
· Coordinate with vendors for end-user support (e.g., hardware vendor technicians for warranty repairs/replacements).

Must have access to high-speed internet for video conferencing and remote work.
Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace away from external noise (e.g., street noise and other distractions).
