We currently have an opening for an ambitious Data Entry Clerk in our Saskatoon branch. This full-time position offers tremendous growth opportunities, including diverse projects, supported career development, and potential for advancement.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately match invoices with purchase orders and ensure the verification of the receipt of goods/services.
Diligently reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner to maintain up-to-date accounts.
Maintain meticulous and organized records of all account’s payable transactions.
Facilitate smooth communication with vendors and collaborate with internal departments to resolve any issues related to invoices and payments.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support the department’s operations.
Qualifications
1 years of experience in a data entry or customer service role.
Strong ability to work both independently and within a team setting, exhibiting a positive and cooperative attitude.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
