Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Interaction

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Handle customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and find effective resolutions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.


Problem-Solving & Complaint Resolution

  • Identify customer pain points and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Offer solutions that align with company policies while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Keep customers informed about the progress of their inquiries or complaints.


Order & Account Management

  • Assist customers with order placements, returns, refunds, and account updates.
  • Process customer transactions and ensure accurate billing and documentation.
  • Maintain updated records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.


Product Knowledge & Service Improvement

  • Stay informed about company products, services, promotions, and policies.
  • Educate customers on product usage, troubleshooting, and best practices.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and services.


Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with sales, technical support, and other teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Prepare reports on customer interactions, common issues, and service trends.
  • Recommend improvements based on customer feedback and service analytics.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other customer service tools.
