Do you enjoy the art of conversation? Can you deal with a disgruntled or rude customer who is angry that his or her product is not functioning as suspected? Can you handle a motor-mouth customer who seems like they really need a therapist instead of calling about a product? Are you ok with talking with different kinds of people who may share beliefs completely counter to what you believe in or may politically practice? Do people take energy from you or give you energy?

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for speaking with current clients as well as prospects. Ideally you have a growth mindset, meaning you feel you can learn anything given a short amount of time.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions in our CRM system (Pipedrive), ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution
  • Stay updated on partner's products, services, and policies to provide informed and detailed assistance to customers
  • Eventually assist in the development of new customer service representatives by providing training, guidance and feedback.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in customer service and team collaboration.
