Responsibilities

  1. Build professional relationships with customers through personalized and engaging communication.
  2. Provide technical support, using critical thinking to address customer needs proactively and effectively.
  3. Navigate multiple software platforms and tools seamlessly to assist customers.
  4. Remain calm under pressure and handle obstacles with grace, accuracy, and urgency.
  5. Collaborate with team members while demonstrating self-motivation and a commitment to individual and team success.


Qualifications

  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with customer service tools is a plus.
  3. Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  4. A positive, friendly, and approachable personality.
  5. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  6. Reliable in-home internet connection and a dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free workspace.
  7. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Schedule

  1. Set schedule with varying shifts between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM ET.
  2. Rotational weekend availability required.
  3. Some holiday coverage may be required.
