This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service / Operations Officer who will act as the face of the company at Zuzu Delights.
This role involves directly working with customers to take orders, answer their questions, managing day-to-day operations, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a minimum HND qualification with at least 1 year of work experience
Candidate must reside around Yaba
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
Experience in customer service or operations roles
Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Must speak and write crisp and clear English
Must be able to work on some weekends and holidays.
Work from the office 23 days a month.
Should be willing to work with the company long term.
