Sirius Support is hiring Customer Service Executive (Remote)
Location: 100% Remote (Worldwide)
Salary: $17 – $22/hour
Customer Inquiries: Responding to customer queries regarding products, services, or policies via digital channels like email, live chat, or social media.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshooting technical or service-related issues and providing solutions or escalating complex problems to relevant departments.
Remote Customer Service Executives must have excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently. Being tech-savvy and having strong problem-solving abilities are also key in this role, as they often work independently while managing a variety of customer concerns.
