Watchout Technology Services is Nigeria’s leading emergency response solution provider, committed to swift dispatch and rescue. We are expanding and need Customer Support Agents to join our control room team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor emergency alerts and respond promptly to calls from distress victims.
- Dispatch appropriate emergency responders (ambulances, firefighters, etc.) to crash sites and emergencies in real-time.
- Provide clear instructions to callers and coordinate with field teams to ensure effective operations.
- Track the progress of rescue missions and update stakeholders with status reports.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups from clients with professionalism.
- Maintain detailed logs of all interactions and dispatch activities.
Requirements:
- B.Sc./HND in any relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or operations role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and other CRM tools.
- Familiarity with emergency dispatch systems is an advantage.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
