As a Customer Service Agent (B2B), you are the connecting factor between our own organization and the customer. You have contact with various parties, such as the warehouse, the customs agent and carriers. In addition, you have daily contact with the customer about various matters such as shipments, order issues, transport and relationship management. You offer logistic solutions that match the wishes of the customer & DHL Supply Chain.
Employment conditions
A full-time position
Salary in our collective labor agreement scale 6 (between €2371 and €3200 with growth opportunities up to €3530)
Working hours during the day between 08:00 and 16:30
Minimum of 25 vacation days, which you can extend to 39 vacation days per year with a full-time employment contract

Your new job as Customer Service Agent

You are the contact person for the customer for specific operational questions & problems
You monitor the progress and handling of deviating services and products (think of
Providing administrative processing concerns customer service-related questions, such as requests and complaints from the customer
Responsible for the correct handling, both administratively and communicatively, of the (customs) documentation for shipments
Organize orders based on priority and date and release them in the system
You work closely with your colleague(s) in the warehouse
What is DHL Supply Chain looking for in a Customer Service Agent?
You have experience with Microsoft Office, WMS & warehouse planning
You bring knowledge and experience of Customer Service (B2B)
You have good knowledge of customs documentation
You work accurately and have good administrative skills
You are able to work independently and know how to set priorities
You have strong communication skills and have an excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
Your place in our organization
Our campus in Holtum has a total surface area of approximately 40,000 m2 and falls under the Business Unit Retail, Engineering and Manufacturing. You report to the CS Manager and do not manage yourself.
