Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Conduct outbound calls to businesses to gauge interest in janitorial services and set appointments.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule janitorial service appointments with customers, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
- Customer Handover: Escalate customers needing more detailed information to the appropriate manager or department.
- Follow-Up: Provide follow-up support to confirm appointments and ensure customer needs are met.
- Communication: • Communicate effectively, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
- Prospecting (Nice to Have): Identify and generate new leads through various prospecting methods.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and well-spoken demeanor.
- Previous experience in customer service is required.
- Sales experience is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
