JOB DESCRIPTION


Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities 

  • Serve as a knowledgeable consultant for customers in the sports gaming industry.
  • Respond to customer queries, complaints, and feedback efficiently via multiple communication channels.
  • Provide clear and professional communication while resolving customer concerns.
  • Build and sustain customer trust through interactive and open dialogue.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, business controls, and data privacy regulations.
  • Offer recommendations for process improvements and service optimization.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, team leaders, and support roles.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain adherence to assigned work schedules, including rotational shifts.

   

Candidate Profile 

  • Education: High school diploma or university degree preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Languages: Fluency in English (written & verbal) atleast C1
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, good typing speed, and computer proficiency.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Additional Qualities: Interest in sports, ability to explain complex concepts concisely, and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
  • Availability: Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and evenings.
