Assist in getting information of our service through verbal and written communication
Provide necessary information to customers and follow up on them
Confirm customers’ documents to be collected for booking
Support customers to get a contract and a motorcycle to be dispatched smoothly
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Collaborating with team members to enhance communication for operational excellence.
Requirements

Logical communication and comprehension skills
Basic Computer Proficiency

Experience in start-up environments
Experience in customer service is an added advantage
Familiarity with the lending or motorcycle industry in Kenya
Terms of Employment
First 3 month is probation period. At the end of the probation period, there is an examination.
