Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and enhance customer service quality, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Develop strategies to boost retention, upsell services, and re-engage inactive clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns and foster client loyalty.
  • Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement strategies for improvement.


Requirements

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A problem-solving mindset and goal-driven attitude.
  • Minimum of 2 years in customer service, sales, or quality assurance (experience in education or e-learning is a plus).
