Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  1. Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
  2. Promote and sell company products or services to existing and prospective clients.
  3. Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Customer Relationship Management:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide product information.
  3. Follow up on leads and ensure timely responses to customer needs.

Market Research & Strategy:

  1. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  2. Provide feedback on customer preferences and industry trends.
  3. Assist in developing sales strategies to improve business performance.

Sales Reporting & Documentation:

  1. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
  2. Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
  3. Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service.
