About the Role
You will be responsible for building a sustainable growth trajectory in the cities we serve in collaboration with operations and cross functional teams.
What You'll Do
Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate country-specific strategies. Focus on navigating regulatory landscapes to foster business growth and protection. Leverage local insights to guide operational execution.
Leadership: Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively. Lead regional and local teams and be the face for Uber when representing the company in regional markets and potential expansion territories. Cultivate relationships with government stakeholders, regulators and industry partners.
Business Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to drive business growth. Develop consumer acquisition strategies aligned with global initiatives. Lead initiatives to enhance platform access, compliance, and safety for all users.
