Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or construction management.
• Experience from 2 to 5 years of in a relevant scope.
• Adequate knowledge in applying cost control and management principles, techniques, and tools.
• Suitable experience with quantity surveying principles and techniques.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare Cost Baseline Preparation.
• Prepare Revised Budget.
• Prepare Forecast at completions and budget at completion on monthly basis.
• Developing, Monitoring and Controlling of Cash Plan.
• Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets that meet them.
• Monitoring and tracking project progress and writing up reports.
-Analyzing technical drawings and providing material and cost estimates.
• Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budgets.
• Working on projects KPI’s, Dash boards &Presentations.
