Corporate Training Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitate engaging, interactive workshops for diverse corporate audiences.
• Travel to present in-person workshops - also internationally if required.
• Design and customize workshop content to meet specific client needs and objectives.
• Adapt existing course materials to create impactful learning experiences.
• Deliver technical concepts (Data Analytics, AI, and Data Science) in accessible ways.
• Confidently engage with C-suite and senior leadership during workshop sessions.
• Create supplementary learning materials that enhance core content.
• Gather and incorporate feedback to continuously improve workshop quality.
• Interact with our sales and brand teams to align on how workshops are promoted.
• Mentor and oversee junior facilitators where necessary.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS - ESSENTIAL

• 3-5 years experience building, leading and facilitating workshops. Lecturing experience could also be beneficial.
• 2-3 years of experience working with corporate clients in the training space, OR
• Experience at a corporate institution and a thorough understanding of the hurdles for rolling out training and workshops in these companies.
• Engaging personality, confident in interactions with senior-level leadership during workshops.
• Tertiary degree, ideally from a quantitative background and some knowledge regarding the fields of Data Science, Analytics and AI. 
• Comfort with both in-person and virtual training delivery.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS - PREFERABLE

• Experience adapting curriculum to different learning contexts.
• Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence.
