JOB DESCRIPTIONS
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support debt raising initiatives, including preparation of lender/investor pitch materials and financial projections, conducting analysis on debt capacity, interest coverage, and leverage ratios and liaising with lenders, rating agencies, and other financial institutions to support the debt-raising process.
- Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and scenario planning to support M&A initiatives and collaborate with internal teams and external advisors (investment banks, consultants, and legal counsel) to facilitate M&A deal execution.
- Conduct due diligence on target companies, including financial, operational, and legal aspects, coordinate with internal teams and third-party consultants to ensure timely and comprehensive due diligence, and identify risks, opportunities, and synergies related to potential acquisitions.
- Provide competitor analysis, benchmarking, and industry insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Monitor industry developments, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic factors that impact the business.
- Support investor communications by preparing materials for investor presentations and shareholder updates as well as assisting in maintaining relationships with investors, analysts, and rating agencies.
- Work closely with teams across finance, strategy, legal, and operations to support cross-functional projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, consulting, or a similar role.
- Big 4 or banking experience or corporate development experience is an advantage
- Familiarity with M&A processes, debt instruments, and due diligence methodologies.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in delivering insights to senior management.
- Fluent English speaker
