Requirements:
You are a hands-on engineer with a strong foundation in mechanical engineering, complemented by expertise in control systems.
With over two years of controls experience, you bring a deep understanding of control systems and their applications. Proficient in Studio 5000 from Rockwell Automation, you can create new projects and modify existing ones with ease.
In addition to being skilled in commissioning engineering systems, you have experience troubleshooting Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), servomotors, and general instrumentation such as transmitters, relays, linear actuators, and sensors.
You are also adept at diagnosing control system issues and identifying solutions that require long-term support.
You are experienced in fieldwork and thrive in collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and efficient solutions. Bonus points if you are skilled in tuning PID loops and proficient in coding with TwinCAT from Beckhoff as well!
