The Controller will oversee all financial aspects of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and efficient management of accounting processes. This role requires a strong background in manufacturing or tooling, as well as expertise in revenue recognition and cost accounting. The Controller will supervise two part-time Accounts Payable clerks.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with a strong focus on manufacturing or tooling environments.
- Proven experience with revenue recognition and cost accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is a must. 
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience supervising staff.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid; 3 days in office, 2 days remote 
Salary: up to 120k plus bonus
