Key Responsibilities

  • Translate product features and unique selling points into engaging, high-impact PR content.
  • Develop content rollout strategies, including title plans and campaign timelines.
  • Own and maintain the global content calendar across channels.
  • Manage the production and publication of content across platforms including web, email, and social media.
  • Write compelling, high-quality content briefs for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment with brand tone.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to brainstorm and execute content ideas.
  • Create content tailored to each stage of the customer journey.
  • Work closely with SEO specialists to optimise content for maximum search visibility.
  • Personalise content for various buyer personas and customer segments.

 

About You

  • Proven experience in content management, content strategy, or editorial leadership.
  • A pure content background
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • A solid understanding of SEO, content marketing, and audience segmentation.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Experience working with internal teams and external agencies.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with content planning tools and CMS platforms.
