Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a high-quality refurbishment and extension project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex construction projects, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar position.

Candidates with Middle East experience will be given priority, as familiarity with regional construction standards and practices is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of the project, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain project quality and progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and project documentation efficiently.
• Foster effective communication between stakeholders and team members.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in a Construction Project Manager role.
• Expertise in refurbishment and extension projects.
• Middle East experience is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
