Community Manager/Content Creator

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a content and social media strategy that grows Cryptofully's user base and brand identity.
• Develop and manage a dynamic editorial calendar aligned with Cryptofully's brand voice and marketing objectives, while ensuring deadlines are met.
• Create and manage content across blogs, websites, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube to engage, educate, and convert audiences.
• Lead community engagement, responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions in a timely and strategic manner.
• Craft tailored content (posts, threads, short videos) optimized for each social platform to maximize audience reach and engagement.
• Identify and manage influencer partnerships and thought leader collaborations within the web3 industry.
• Track and report on key metrics (engagement rate, follower growth, CTR, etc.) to inform social media strategies and demonstrate ROI.
• Stay on top of emerging Web3 trends, memes, and community talking points to keep Cryptofully's content fresh and relevant.

 Specifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree in marketing, social sciences or related field
• Proven experience (3+ years) in content creation, strategy development and execution, preferably in a marketing role.
• Exceptional SEO writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a knack for simplifying complex ideas.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to measure content performance.
• Ability to balance multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• A creative mindset paired with a marketer’s instinct for what drives growth and impact.
• Strong understanding of content marketing principles and audience engagement strategies.
• Experience managing content workflows and editorial calendars.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and CMS platforms is a plus.
