Key Responsibilities:

1. Community Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to grow and maintain an active community.
  • Interact with community members through social media, forums, and events.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive community culture.


2. Content Creation & Social Media Management

  • Create and curate engaging content tailored to community interests.
  • Manage community-focused social media accounts, responding to comments and messages.
  • Organize and facilitate discussions, live Q&A sessions, and virtual or in-person meetups.


3. Monitoring & Moderation

  • Monitor conversations, feedback, and sentiment around the brand or community.
  • Address concerns, answer questions, and mediate conflicts when necessary.
  • Enforce community guidelines and ensure a respectful online environment.


4. Brand Advocacy & Reputation Management

  • Identify and collaborate with brand advocates, influencers, and ambassadors.
  • Gather insights from community interactions to improve products, services, and communication strategies.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on trends, concerns, and engagement opportunities.


5. Event & Campaign Coordination

  • Plan and execute community engagement campaigns, contests, and events.
  • Partner with marketing teams to support promotional initiatives and brand awareness efforts.
  • Track engagement metrics and measure the impact of community initiatives.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in community management, social media management, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, online forums, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Ability to analyze community engagement data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Creativity, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle crisis situations professionally.
