Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue and market expansion.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage key partnerships and business opportunities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer acquisition.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
- Oversee pricing, contract negotiations, and deal structuring to maximize profitability.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in commercial leadership, sales, or business development.
- Strong background in fintech, digital payments, banking, or financial services.
- Proven ability to build and manage strategic partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven approach with a strong understanding of market trends and analytics.
