JOB DESCRIPTIONS


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for all commercial activities, including contracts, sales, and procurement.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales, invoices, and client agreements.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and follow up on client requests promptly.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and commercial regulations.
  • Support the development and execution of business strategies to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Proven 3 years experience in a commercial or administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
