Key Responsibilities
· Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the daily operations of the college.
· Supervise and coordinate administrative and academic staff to ensure smooth institutional operations.
· Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance student enrollment, retention, and academic excellence.
· Oversee the admissions process and student registration to ensure efficiency and compliance with educational standards.
· Manage the financial and operational aspects of the institution, including budgeting and resource allocation.
· Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with educational and accreditation requirements.
· Foster a collaborative and professional work environment for staff and faculty.
· Ensure the provision of quality academic programs and maintain high teaching and learning standards.
· Organize training workshops and continuous professional development programs for staff.
Qualifications and Experience
· A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Administration, or a related field. A background or qualification in education is an added advantage.
· At least three (3) years of work experience, with at least one (1) year in a health training institution.
· Proven experience in a leadership role within an educational institution, preferably a health training institution.
· Strong business acumen with the ability to drive student enrollment and institutional growth.
· Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff, students, and external stakeholders.
· Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements for health training institutions is an advantage.
