Key Responsibilities:
- Debt Recovery:

- Maintain accurate records of communication and agreements.

- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve disputes or discrepancies.

- Analyze account details to determine the best recovery approach.
- Make independent, informed decisions regarding settlement terms or escalations.
- Follow-Up and Persistence:
- Maintain consistent follow-up with clients to ensure payment plans are adhered to.

Qualifications

- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
