JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management & Creative Scoping: Work with client accounts, scope their needs and requirements, and support in delivering creative and branding services to ensure alignment with their business objectives.
- Proposal, Quotes & Order Writing: Work alongside the internal team to put together pricing proposals/quotes for clients based on the service scope.
- Creative Problem Solving: Suggest creative ideas and solutions to address client business challenges and enhance brand positioning.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
- Client-Facing Role: Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and managing all aspects of client services.
- Data Entry Skills: Demonstrate accurate and efficient data entry capabilities, with attention to detail and the ability to handle large volumes of information.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in client-facing roles, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creative, marketing-focused sales
- Design Skills: Proficiency in Canva, with a keen eye for branding and visual aesthetics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write proposals and build rapport with clients.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Self-Motivated and Independent: Creative and driven, with a passion for branding and innovation.
- Remote Work Proficiency: Capable of working effectively in a remote setting, with strong collaboration skills.
