Requirements:
HND/ Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
Proven knowledge and experience in call center.
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide client support services in an accurate and timely manner.
• Coordinate the company’s delivery process ensuring that all orders are delivered promptly.
• Respond to customer complaints and direct them to the appropriate persons for prompt resolution.
• Make frequent client calls to strengthen client relationships.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction.
• Analyze and resolve client issues promptly and report same to supervisor.
• Work in compliance with company policies and procedures ensuring that clients are satisfied.
