The role of a Client Service Manager (CSM) is to ensure the satisfaction and success of clients by providing exceptional support and service. The CSM acts as the main point of contact between the client and the company, managing communication, addressing client needs, and resolving any issues that may arise. Key responsibilities include onboarding new clients, understanding their specific requirements, and providing tailored solutions. The CSM ensures that the products or services delivered meet or exceed client expectations, while also identifying opportunities for upselling or additional services. Additionally, they monitor client satisfaction, gather feedback, and work closely with internal teams to improve the overall client experience, ultimately fostering long-term relationships and ensuring client retention
