Key Responsibilities
Provide efficient and professional customer service
Update clients on the process from initial design to completion
Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure accuracy of all documentation and ensure project progresses on time
Liaise with internal departments to stay informed at all times
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
