As the Client Onboarding and Retention Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, guiding them through our training programs and ensuring their success. Your responsibilities will include:
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone with a client-first mindset and a passion for organization and results. You’ll excel in this role if you have:
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Service, or a related field. Additional certifications in CRM or customer success are a plus.
Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and technical skills, including proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
Experience: 1–3 years in customer success, client relationship management, or a similar role. Experience in training or consulting industries is advantageous.
Qualities: A proactive approach, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to build and nurture client relationships.
