What You’ll Do

As the Client Onboarding and Retention Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, guiding them through our training programs and ensuring their success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing leads from initial inquiry to onboarding.
  • Explaining program details and inviting leads to the first free training session.
  • Following up after training sessions to convert leads into paying clients.
  • Assisting clients with form filling, scheduling, and payment tracking.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure retention.
  • Providing feedback and insights to improve the onboarding process.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with a client-first mindset and a passion for organization and results. You’ll excel in this role if you have:

Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Service, or a related field. Additional certifications in CRM or customer success are a plus.
Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and technical skills, including proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
Experience: 1–3 years in customer success, client relationship management, or a similar role. Experience in training or consulting industries is advantageous.
Qualities: A proactive approach, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to build and nurture client relationships.
