Key Responsibilities
● Customer Service: Be the go-to contact for client inquiries, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
● Invoicing & Payments: Manage invoicing, track payments, and ensure accuracy in nancial records.
● Order Management: Handle orders, coordinate deliveries, and resolve any logistics issues promptly.
● Database Management: Keep the client database organized and up-to-date for effective relationship management.
● Customer Relationship Management: Build lasting client relationships, gather feedback, and enhance loyalty.
● Social Media Management: Post daily updates, engage with followers, and address customer inquiries on social platforms. Content Creation: Assist in crafting engaging content that reects our brand and sparks community interaction. Skills and Qualications
