Role Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Experience & Fashion Retail Associate.
In this role, you’ll be the core link between Winara and our customers, ensuring that every client’s experience is smooth, efficient, and aligned with our brand’s values.
From handling inquiries to ensuring timely deliveries, you’ll make sure our customers get exactly what they need without any hassle. You’ll also help manage and nurture our growing community, fostering strong connections that drive loyalty and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
● Customer Service: Be the go-to contact for client inquiries, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
● Invoicing & Payments: Manage invoicing, track payments, and ensure accuracy in financial records.
● Order Management: Handle orders, coordinate deliveries, and resolve any logistics issues promptly.
● Database Management: Keep the client database organized and up-to-date for effective relationship management.
● Customer Relationship Management: Build lasting client relationships, gather feedback, and enhance loyalty.
● Social Media Management: Post daily updates, engage with followers, and address customer inquiries on social platforms.
● Content Creation: Assist in crafting engaging content that reflects our brand and sparks community interaction.
