Job Description:

Overview:

The Chief Revenue and Brand Officer (CRBO) will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance revenue growth and elevate the company’s brand presence in the market. This individual will oversee all revenue-generating activities and branding initiatives, ensuring the company becomes a market leader in IT services in Ghana.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Growth and Sales:
• Lead the sales department to identify and target new revenue streams.
• Develop pricing models, product positioning, and sales strategies to maximize profitability.
• Identify and build strategic partnerships with other companies, clients, and markets.
• Set and track sales KPIs to measure the success of sales initiatives and drive continuous improvements.
• Oversee client acquisition, retention, and account management strategies to increase lifetime value.
2. Brand Development:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive branding strategy that aligns with the company’s goals.
• Elevate the company’s market position by improving brand visibility through various channels (digital marketing, PR, advertising, etc.).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that enhance brand equity and recognition in the IT space.
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, including digital presence, print materials, and client communications.
3. Team Building and Leadership:
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team in the revenue, sales, marketing, and branding departments.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high achievement within the team.
• Set clear objectives and develop talent within the organization to support long-term growth.
4. Market Research and Trend Analysis:
• Conduct ongoing research to understand the competitive landscape and customer needs.
• Stay updated on the latest marketing and branding trends, integrating new technologies and strategies as appropriate.
• Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing and sales strategies and adjust tactics as needed.
5. Collaboration and Reporting:
• Work closely with the CEO and other department heads to align branding and revenue goals with overall company objectives.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, revenue generation, and brand growth metrics.
• Present strategies and forecasts to stakeholders, making recommendations for long-term business planning.

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within branding, sales, and marketing.
• Strong track record of driving revenue growth in medium to large-scale companies.
• In-depth understanding of digital marketing, branding strategies, and sales techniques.
• Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to build and manage cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
