JOB DESCRIPTION


What you'll do:

  • Support CEO – Become an extension of the CEO, actively working on projects end to end and driving different parts of the org.
  • Drive Operational Excellence – Improve processes, track key business metrics, and ensure commercial teams are aligned and working efficiently.
  • Project & Initiative Execution – Lead cross-functional projects related to revenue growth, market expansion, and customer engagement.
  • Enable Scaling – Help design and implement frameworks for sales, partnerships, and marketing as we scale headcount, revenue and product lines.
  • Facilitate Communication – Ensure seamless collaboration between commercial teams, leadership, and other functions like Product and Engineering.
  • Data & Insights – Synthesize market, customer, and internal data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support Hiring & Talent Development – Assist in building and structuring high-performing commercial teams.

What we're looking for:

  • You’re early into an exceptional career - you’ve attended a tier-1 school or have operating experience at tier-1 companies
  • Strategic & Execution-Focused – You can think big but also roll up your sleeves to get things done.
  • Startup & Scaling Experience – You’ve worked in a fast-paced startup, preferably in AI, SaaS, or deep tech, and understand the challenges of growth.
  • Excellent Communicator – You can synthesize complex information and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
  • Highly Analytical – Comfortable working with data, tracking KPIs, and making data-driven recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Leader – You thrive at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution
