Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy and Brand Positioning
• Brand Vision: Define and strengthen QSSG’s brand, positioning it as a leader in human capital solutions.
• Market Expansion: Craft marketing strategies tailored to support QSSG’s pan-African growth.
• Market Insights: Conduct competitor analysis and monitor customer trends to refine marketing tactics.
2. Demand Generation and Campaign Management
• Lead Generation: Implement data-driven strategies to enhance customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Campaign Excellence: Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring effectiveness and high ROI.
• Messaging: Develop impactful content strategies that resonate with diverse audiences.
3. Data and Customer-Centric Insights
• Build a customer-driven approach by analyzing feedback and aligning marketing with client needs.
• Leverage data analytics to identify opportunities and optimize marketing performance.
• Track campaign success through defined metrics and KPIs.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Strategic Partnerships
• Work closely with the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with revenue objectives.
• Partner with operations and product teams to support innovation and deliver market-driven solutions.
• Foster external partnerships to amplify QSSG’s market visibility.
5. Leadership and Team Development
• Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Manage budgets and resources efficiently to achieve strategic marketing goals.
• Drive organizational learning and talent development within the marketing team.
Mandatory Requirements
Education
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Chartered Marketer Certification (CIM or equivalent) is mandatory.
Experience
• 10+ years of senior marketing experience with expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, and demand generation.
• Proven experience in multi-regional or Pan-African markets, with a track record of scaling brands in diverse regions.
• Deep knowledge of data-driven marketing strategies and campaign management.
