JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, tax laws, and financial reporting standards.
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.
- Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial risk to maintain the organization's financial health.
- Lead the development of long-term financial planning, capital structure, and funding strategies.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate financial reports and statements.
- Drive operational efficiency through cost management, process improvement, and performance tracking.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA or Master’s degree preferred).
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, CFA) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in senior financial leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and corporate governance.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
