Responsibilities:
- Transform The Institution through technology, development of existing programs and innovative ideas.
- Ensure efficient and effective management and operations, including effective teaching, learning and consultancy through innovative technology.
- Fully Technology School: Harnessing Technology and Innovation and infusing it in the Fabric of the organization.
- Strategic Plan: Establish and implement strategic vision that aligns with our school's mission, vision and international best practices and standards.
- Strategic Vision & Leadership: Drive long-term planning, policy formulation, and organizational growth aligned with the school’s mission and values.
- Educational Excellence: Champion academic rigor and innovative teaching that promotes excellence and innovation in learning outcomes across the school.
- Operational Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource management, ensuring sustainable growth and efficiency.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial and operational management (preferably within an educational institution).
- Academic Excellence: Support the continuous improvement of the academic program, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning aligned with Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) requirements.
- Team Development: Lead and inspire school leadership and faculty, promoting professional development and an inclusive, supportive work environment.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, staff, students, and the broader community to promote transparency, trust, and collaboration.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with local regulations, CAIE standards, and best practices for safety, well-being, and governance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum Qualification: MBA/MSC/MA/PhD/Professional Qualification.
- Experience Level: Senior level.
- Experience Length: 5years minimum
- Proven ICT Qualification/Certification (Professional or Academic) and Expertise.
- Proven Leadership Experience: At least five (5) years in senior leadership roles (preferably within international education or related sectors).
- Proven experience in successful management of Study Abroad Consultancy, Standardized Test, and WASSCE/SHS will be an advantage.
- Proven experience in successful management of countrywide educational institution will be an advantage
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated success in developing and implementing growth strategies within a complex organizational environment. Experience in a corporate environment will be an advantage.
- Excellent Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for community-building.
- Proven experience with establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving policies and procedures.
- Proven ability to be Firm and Fair.
- Proven Experience with Corporate Governance Management.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary spokesperson for the company and maintain strong relationships with shareholders, clients, regulatory bodies, and industry associations.
- Present regular performance reports and strategic updates to the Board of Directors.
- Market Analysis & Competitive Strategy: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging risks to adapt strategies accordingly..
- Utilize data-driven insights to enhance decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
- Corporate Governance: Ensure that the company operates with integrity, transparency, and accountability, in line with corporate governance best practices.
