JOB REQUIREMENT
* Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
* Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in the nonprofit sector or a related field.
* Proven experience in fundraising, strategic planning, and program management.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to inspire and engage diverse audiences.
* Experience working with international organizations and managing cross-cultural relationships.
* Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and reporting.
* Passion for community service and alignment with the organization's mission and values.
