Job Overview
We aim to attract a high-quality and ambitious candidate for the CEO position at Tradeline Consult Ltd in Ghana. The ideal candidate should be driven, strategic, capable of working under challenging situations, and possess the leadership skills to guide the consulting firm to new heights of success.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Achieve annual revenue growth of at least 5x.
· Increase client base by 5x within the first year.
· Develop and launch at least three new high-impact consulting services to diversify the company's offerings.
· Build strategic partnerships with key industry players to drive business growth and market presence.
· Achieve a 95% or higher customer satisfaction rate through exceptional service delivery and client engagement.
· Implement a comprehensive talent development program to enhance staff skills and knowledge, resulting in a performance improvement of 50% across the team.
· Maintain a 90% or higher staff retention rate by fostering a positive and engaging work culture.
Requirements:
· Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
· At least ten years of experience in management consulting or a related field
· Proven track record of success in leading a consulting firm or a similar business
· Strong leadership and management skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to think strategically and drive business growth
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Familiarity with the Ghanaian business environment and industry trends
Preferred Qualifications:
· Professional certification in management consulting or a related field
· Experience in business development and marketing
· Knowledge of industry-specific consulting services ( Business, Investment, Trade HR, IT, Finance etc)
