Role Overview:
The CCO will lead the church's global marketing, communications, and social media
strategy, ensuring consistent and impact messaging across all platforms and regions.
The CCO will also oversee brand management, digital engagement, and media relations,
aiming to expand the church’s reach and influence while fostering spiritual growth
among its global audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Communications Strategy:
▪ Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy that
aligns with the church’s mission and vision.
▪ Lead brand development and management, ensuring a unified and recognizable
church identity across all regions.
▪ Oversee campaigns and initiatives that increase the church’s visibility and engagement
across different cultural contexts.
Social Media Strategy and Management:
▪ Design and execute a multi-platform social media strategy to engage diverse audiences
across various countries.
▪ Monitor and analyze social media trends, metrics, and insights to optimize content and
engagement.
▪ Lead the creation and curation of compelling content that resonates with the church’s
global community.
Content Development and Communication:
▪ Oversee the creation of impactful multimedia content, including sermons, podcasts,
videos, and written materials.
▪ Manage internal and external communication channels, ensuring timely and effective
dissemination of information.
▪ Coordinate with regional leaders to tailor communication efforts that reflect local
cultures and languages.
Stakeholder Engagement and Public Relations:
▪ Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and partners to amplify the
church’s message.
▪ Serve as the primary spokesperson for the church, handling media inquiries and public
communications.
▪ Collaborate with other church leaders to align communication efforts with overall
ministry goals.
Remuneration: 1,000,000 to 1,200,000 with other benefits.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in any commercial discipline.
Minimum of 15 years’ experience in a similar role with at least 5 years in a senior management capacity.
Post graduate qualification in a relevant and related field
