Role Description
Irie Yard is looking for Chef / Cook/Kitchen assistants. The Chef / Cook / Kitchen assistant will be responsible for preparing Jamaican dishes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, managing stock and inventory, and ensuring food quality and hygiene. The role requires working closely with the kitchen assistant to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Requirements
• Experience working in a restaurant kitchen
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Must live near East Legon or be able to travel to the location
• Culinary or cooking certifications are a plus
